Heater AI - Terms of Service

Welcome to Heater AI, a service provided by VMGM Software LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Heater AI.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Heater AI.
- By using the app, you confirm that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding sports betting in your jurisdiction.
2. Description of Service
Heater AI provides tools for sports data research, including:
- Player & team stats analysis
- Odds data aggregation from sources such as DraftKings, FanDuel, and others
- AI-powered insights to analyze trends in sports data and betting markets
Disclaimer on Betting
- Heater AI does not offer, facilitate, or accept bets.
- We provide sports data and analysis for informational purposes only.
- We are not responsible for any bets placed based on our insights or data. Your betting decisions are solely your responsibility.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You may need to create an account to access certain features.
- You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws, including gambling regulations in your region.
- Use Heater AI for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
- Attempt to disrupt our services, access unauthorized areas, or misuse our data.
5. Paid Features & Subscriptions
- Heater AI may offer premium features or subscriptions.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- You may cancel at any time, but you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and software in Heater AI are owned by VMGM Software LLC.
- You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
7. Data Accuracy & Third-Party Sources
- Heater AI aggregates and analyzes data from third-party sources such as DraftKings, FanDuel, and others. We do not control or verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by these sources.
- All odds, statistics, and insights provided by Heater AI are subject to change and may not reflect real-time market conditions.
- We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any data, and you agree that you will not hold Heater AI or VMGM Software LLC liable for any incorrect, outdated, or incomplete information.
8. Gambling & Financial Risk Disclaimer
- Heater AI does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice.
- We do not place bets, facilitate gambling, or guarantee the accuracy of betting odds or predictions.
- Any decisions you make based on information from Heater AI are entirely at your own risk.
- You acknowledge that sports betting involves financial risk, and you may lose money.
- You agree that VMGM Software LLC is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of your reliance on Heater AI's data or AI-driven analysis.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- VMGM Software LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of Heater AI.
- We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from bets placed using our data or AI analysis.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VMGM Software LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of Heater AI.
- Your reliance on any information or AI-generated insights provided by Heater AI.
- Any financial losses, gambling activities, or third-party disputes related to your use of Heater AI.
11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
- Any disputes arising from your use of Heater AI shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
- You waive your right to a jury trial and agree that any claim must be resolved individually, without class action lawsuits.
- The arbitration will take place in Texas, and you agree that the laws of the State of Texas will govern these Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Heater AI at any time, with or without cause.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
